Italian coworking group Talent Garden Resumes International Expansion With Second Location in Vilnius

The largest Italy-based coworking network, Talent Garden, is resuming its international expansion after a years-long pause. The group has announced the opening of a second location in Vilnius, Lithuania.
In recent years, Talent Garden has focused its development activities on its home market, Italy, including the launch of a new innovation hub in Naples in partnership with Intesa Sanpaolo, while reducing its international footprint following the closure of its Vienna location in 2024 due to building-related issues.
The new Vilnius location will be opened in a former movie theater, with opening scheduled for end-2026. The 3,500 sqm space will provide 325 workstations, mainly distributed across 48 private offices for 4–8 people, and will include 20 meeting rooms, a 300 sqm kitchen, call areas, lounges, games rooms and a reading room. The project is developed by INVL Baltic Real Estate, which owns and manages the property.
Talent Garden entered the Lithuanian market in 2019 with the opening of its first Vilnius campus. That location comprises approximately 2,000 sqm, offers 230+ workplaces, and includes a 150-seat conference hall. At launch, more than 50 % of the private offices were pre-leased.
Founded in 2011 in Italy, Talent Garden currently operates 14 coworkings in Italy, Spain, Lithuania, Ireland and Denmark. Across its network, the operator combines coworking spaces with event venues and digital skills education through the Talent Garden Academy.
