Dublin: Clearspace Targets €7.5M Revenue in 2026 as Demand for Fully Managed Offices Grows

The Dublin-based managed offices provider Clearspace expects to reach €7.5 million in revenue in 2026, up from €5.2 million in 2024, according to recent reporting by the Business Post.

The Irish company operates exclusively in Dublin, with a portfolio of 114 private offices and 26 meeting rooms across 18 locations.

Unlike traditional coworking or flexible workspace providers, which typically provide shared areas, Clearspace operates managed offices only. Those private offices are fully fitted, maintained, and operated by Clearspace, but are used exclusively by a single tenant. This model offers the privacy and branding of a traditional lease with the flexibility and simplicity of an all-inclusive service. Tenants receive move-in-ready offices tailored to their needs, with Clearspace handling everything from cleaning and IT infrastructure to utilities and facility management.

According to Clearspace Managing Director Shane Bourke, today’s clients demand more than basic offices, placing value on collaboration zones, high-spec meeting rooms, video-ready phone booths, and wellness amenities like gyms and showers. Bourke emphasized that Clearspace’s offering is built to absorb this complexity, allowing businesses to focus on their operations while Clearspace manages the workspace experience end-to-end.

Dublin continues to dominate Ireland’s flexible office market. According to Rubberdesk, the city accounts for nearly 50% of all coworking and serviced office space in the country, with approximately 18,500 sqm of flexible stock.
