French Flexible Workspace B’CoWorker Reaches 23 Centres in 2025 with Further Growth Planned

B’CoWorker, the coworking brand of French real estate group FSDV, reported continued expansion of its flexible workspace network across France in 2025, bringing its total footprint to 23 centres and nearly 25.000 square metres of workspace, with further openings and extensions planned in 2026, according to company announcement.
The current network spans a range of French regional and suburban locations including Bordeaux, Dijon, Lille and Lyon. Additional openings and extensions planned for 2026 include new sites in regional urban areas (Canéjan and Lille), as well as an 850 sqm extension in Angers.
B’CoWorker’s model combines traditional coworking space — including open-plan workstations and private offices — with managed offices that offer companies dedicated bespoke space without the management and lease constraints of conventional leases. In 2025, managed offices accounted for approximately 10% (2 500 sqm) of the group’s total workspace.
“This growth illustrates B’CoWorker’s strong regional presence, whose development is primarily based on medium-sized cities and the outskirts of major metropolitan areas, as close as possible to where people live and the expectations of companies and their employees. We offer modern, accessible, flexible workspaces adapted to new uses,” says Agnès Ramé, CEO of B’CoWorker.
B’CoWorker was founded in 2020, as the coworking brand of FSDV Group (formerly Groupe BMG), an independent, family-owned French real estate group active across the full property value chain. The group’s business model is built on three complementary activities: property investment and development with a portfolio of around 800,000 square metres across more than 160 sites, off-site construction through a long-established prefabricated concrete specialist, and the operation of coworking and serviced offices across France.
