Vienna’s TwentyOne Mixed-Use Project Appoints andys.cc to Operate Its Flexible Workspace
Austrian coworking operator andys.cc will take over operations of the coworking space, called FlexUnits, at the TwentyOne Vienna building complex from February 2026. The 155-workstation flex office space was previously operated by the TwentyOne developer. Under the new partnership, operations will transition to andys.cc, which currently runs 13 locations across three Austrian cities.
TwentyOne Vienna is a large-scale mixed-use development in the north of the Austrian capital, designed to combine work, living and service functions within a digitally connected and resource-efficient environment. The development has a total site area of approximately 50,000 sqm and a gross floor area of around 130,000 sqm, developed and owned by Bondi Consult.
The project comprises six distinct hubs: Innovation, Central, Service, Student, Office and Hotel. The final four phases are scheduled for completion through 2026. Each hub offers different building typologies and facilities, allowing occupiers to select space aligned with their operational requirements.
The flexible office areas in TwentyOne’s Innovation and Central Hub were previously operated directly by the developer Bondi Consult. With the transition to andys.cc, the landlord has now partnered with an established coworking operator with experience in multi-location workspace management and community building, shifting operational responsibility to a specialist provider.

andys.cc currently operates 13 locations in Vienna, Bad-Ischl and Amstetten. The additional Vienna site will be incorporated into this multi-location system, enabling users to work across multiple cities under a single membership structure.

The new areas comprise a mix of coworking desks, private offices and day-use workspaces designed for companies, start-ups, project teams and freelancers. According to the operator, the model allows occupiers to scale space up or down without long-term lease commitments, targeting businesses in transition or growth phases.
