Austria’s YOUR OFFICE expands with flagship Vienna opening as new structure targets CEE growth
Austrian operator YOUR OFFICE has opened a new flagship location in Vienna, marking the next phase of its expansion and the rollout of a new group structure aimed at scaling across Central and Eastern Europe.
The Vienna opening follows the creation of a new structure bringing together YOUR OFFICE, Vision Decision and ATL Immoinvest. The model aims to accelerate expansion by aligning capital, development and operations, while maintaining a consistent product and service standard.
ATL Immoinvest focuses on real estate investment and development across CEE, while Vision Decision, established in 2025, has acquired YOUR OFFICE and drives platform expansion. YOUR OFFICE remains the operational brand in the premium serviced office segment.

The new Vienna location is part of LeopoldQuartier, a large mixed-use development by UBM Development. The project combines offices, residential and retail functions. The office building offers around 21,500 sqm across nine floors, with food and retail at ground level. YOUR OFFICE occupies three floors within the building.
Offices are tailored for teams ranging from two to 100 people and can be adapted to specific tenant requirements. The space includes open areas, private rooms and shared zones, supported by integrated technical infrastructure and services.
YOUR OFFICE, active since 1997, operates six locations in Vienna and one in Graz, offering more than 170 private offices and 40 conference and event spaces. The brand focuses on the premium segment, combining flexible office solutions with high service levels and hospitality-driven environments.
