Industrious Opens ~2,000 sqm Frankfurt Workspace, Expanding German Network to Three Locations

The world’s third-largest coworking operator, Industrious, opened its first location in Frankfurt in mid-February, marking its entry into the country’s financial capital and expanding its national footprint to three sites.

The Frankfurt opening follows Industrious’ entry into Germany in 2024 with its first site in Berlin. The operator now runs two locations in Berlin and one in Frankfurt. Its second Berlin site, BEAM, opened shortly before the Coworking Europe Conference 2025, where participants were able to visit the newly launched space as part of the official coworking tour.

Across Europe, Industrious operates a growing network including three sites in Germany, one in Amsterdam, one in Brussels and around 10 in the United Kingdom. The company focuses on premium, service-led flexible workspace solutions, primarily targeting enterprise clients.

According to Thomas Daily, the German database for commercial real estate, their new workspace is located in Frankfurt’s central business district (CBD), where Industrious has leased three floors totaling 2,089 sqm in a refurbished office tower. The site includes 25 private offices, supported by 16 meeting rooms and eight phone booths, reflecting a service-led, high-amenity workspace model.

The location offers coworking, private offices and meeting spaces, combined with hospitality-driven services such as daily breakfast, on-site support and member events. The concept targets corporate occupiers and professional services firms seeking flexible space in a prime city-centre location.

Founded in 2012 and headquartered in New York, Industrious operates more than 250 locations across over 100 cities worldwide, making it one of the three largest flexible workspace operators globally (after IWG and Wework). In 2025, CBRE completed the full acquisition of the company.

Frankfurt continues to attract flexible workspace operators across different submarkets. Agendis Business Center recently opened a new site, its fourth in the city and tenth in Germany. It is located outside the central business district, targeting local businesses with serviced office and business centre solutions. At the same time, K1 BusinessClub has launched a new location in Frankfurt’s most significant new CBD development, FOUR Frankfurt. K1 already has a presence at several prominent locations in Frankfurt.
