Swiss Operator Westhive Raises Substantial New Capital As Revenues Exceed €21.5 Million

Swiss Westhive has closed a new funding round, securing a substantial amount of capital as the company reports annual revenues exceeding €21.5 million and is operationally profitable.

The funding round is led by DRG Investment AG, the investment vehicle of an entrepreneurial family focused on backing operating businesses across key sectors. Existing investors also joined the round, reinforcing their commitment to Westhive’s continued expansion. The funding builds on previous investment rounds, a financing of approximately €6.4 million, which supported earlier expansion and technology development.

The new capital will support further expansion and platform development across Switzerland. Westhive currently operates eight locations with around 2,000 workstations in cities including Zurich, Basel, Zug and Geneva.

“The demand for flexible yet high-quality workspace solutions continues to grow. Today, companies are no longer just looking for space, but for an environment that equally supports productivity, collaboration, and company culture,” said Lukas André, Chairman of the Board at Westhive, in a company statement.

The company positions itself in the premium segment, combining flexible office space with hospitality-led services. Its locations include on-site restaurants and dedicated event areas, alongside coworking spaces, private offices and meeting rooms. The concept targets a mix of startups, corporates and innovation-driven companies.
