British Work.Life Expands London Network and Targets Full Spectrum of Flexible Office Demand

UK operator Work.Life will open a new workspace in London in autumn 2026, designed to support the full spectrum of flexible work needs. From freelancers using day passes to larger companies requiring fully branded headquarters-style office floors.

Spread across three levels in one of London’s most connected business districts, the new Work.Life Victoria site combines coworking space, private offices, managed office solutions, and enterprise meeting infrastructure within a single location.

The new workspace will offer fully furnished and fully serviced offices, alongside optional office customisation and branding packages for larger occupiers (managed office). According to the operator, companies will be able to scale up to full-floor office solutions accommodating up to 260 desks.

The site will also include eight meeting rooms, including a 22-person boardroom targeting larger client meetings and leadership teams, alongside 16 phone booths and 24 breakout and collaboration areas with soft seating and informal meeting tables across every floor. Additional amenities include two kitchens, bike storage, a gym, showers, and a staffed reception area supporting visitor management and member services.

According to the operator, the project focuses on workplace experience, hospitality, and reducing friction in day-to-day office use, as companies increasingly seek offices supporting culture, employee connection, and flexible work patterns rather than simply desk space.

Work.Life will also continue its community-focused programming at the new location through regular weekly networking and member events.

Founded in London, Work.Life operates 14 flexible workspace locations, mainly across London, focusing on hospitality-led coworking, serviced offices, and managed office environments targeting SMEs, startups, and increasingly enterprise occupiers.
