Vialto Partners Finland Oy takes office at Epicenter Helsinki flexible workspace hub

Vialto Partners Finland Oy has set up in Epicenter Helsinki’s flexible workspace. The global mobility consultancy moved in December. The ten-strong team advises multinationals and individuals on cross-border taxation, immigration, payroll and travel compliance.

Epicenter Group runs digital innovation houses in Helsinki, Stockholm and Oslo. The operator offers flexible contracts, community events and networking opportunities. Since moving in, Vialto has actively joined events. It has turned its office into a collision point for clients and partners.

Vialto Partners Finland Oy specialises in managing international assignments, focusing on cross-border taxation, immigration, payroll and business travel compliance.

Epicenter Group operates three hubs in the Nordic region: Helsinki, Stockholm and Oslo. It positions itself as a digital innovation house for growth-minded companies. The network combines workspace, events and community services.

“Since moving in last December, their team hasn’t just occupied a space, they’ve integrated into the community. From active participation in our events to turning their office into a collision point for clients and partners, they are showing how you actually move the needle in a hybrid world. This is the shift: moving from ‘industrial square footage’ to an intentional ecosystem. If your office isn’t reducing the distance between your team and the ideas, capital, and people they need, you’re just paying for legacy infrastructure. Thrilled to have the Vialto team in the house, they are the benchmark for how to get the most out of this environment.” Joey Bayer, Head of International Community, Epicenter Group.
