Tax Consulting Soreco Sets Up HQ in Madrid Complex, Where Colonial’s Utopicus Coworking Services Are Offered

Soreco, an international tax and labor advisory firm for French and Spanish corporate groups, has chosen the Madnum business complex in Madrid as its new headquarters. The move gives the firm access to Colonial’s mixed-use development and Utopicus’s coworking services.

Madnum spans 90,000 sqm above ground across four buildings. It includes 56,000 sqm of offices, residential units, retail outlets, an auditorium, meeting rooms, multipurpose spaces, a gym and restaurants. Utopicus occupies 3,000 sqm, offering private offices, coworking desks, meeting rooms and event venues.

Soreco has about 80 employees across Spain, Italy and Portugal. The firm will tap into Madnum’s event areas for presentations and team-building activities. It opted for a flex environment to combine work and life under one roof and enhance employee wellbeing. Contract length and capacity details were not disclosed.
