Lithuanian Cosmetic Distributor Sirowa Takes 900m2 at Koneser Warsaw Mixed-Use Complex

Sirowa, Lithuanian distributor of cosmetic and pharmaceutical brands, has leased 900 m² at Building P of Centrum Praskie Koneser in Warsaw. Savills advised the transaction.

Centrum Praskie Koneser is a revitalized mixed-use complex in Warsaw’s Praga district. It combines office, retail, service, event, gastronomic, hotel and cultural functions within a restored former vodka factory. Building P features modern technical standards integrated into the urban fabric. Coworking provider Regus offers 160 workstations on site.
