EY gives 900 Finnish staff access to 170 remote flex and coworking workspaces

EY provides its 900 Finnish employees with access to over 170 coworking and flexible offices through the Finnish workspace-as-a-service platform Spacent.

Spacent’s Monthly Plans let teams book hot desks, meeting rooms, team rooms and private offices under a single monthly fee. Companies can include up to 1,000 workspaces across their preferred regions or countries.

Patrik Etelävuori, Workplace Transformation Lead at EY Finland, said: “Spacent is part of EY’s workspace strategy, which is centered around people. Face-to-face interactions in our own office are important, but it’s also crucial to find a suitable space for quiet and independent work, which is sometimes more effective when done closer to home.
