Linklaters Law Firm Uses Coworking Services Ahead of Madrid Office Move

Linklaters, the 200-year-old global law firm, will rent space at a coworking centre in Madrid to accommodate its 207 Spanish staff during renovation of its new Almagro office. Reports name WeWork as the hosting operator, though no confirmation has been issued.
The firm’s goal is to consolidate all its teams under one roof once the Almagro, the company’s final office address, premises are upgraded. The flexible lease sidesteps a traditional long-term contract while construction works are completed.
Linklaters, founded in 1825, employs more than 5,300 people worldwide and offers legal services across multiple sectors, including finance and corporate transactions. Its Spanish arm has grown to 207 professionals.
WeWork is a global coworking and flexible workspace provider offering desks, private offices and shared amenities on flexible terms.
