Finnish Creative Agency SEK halves office footprint with Antilooppi flex workspace in Helsinki

SEK has cut its office footprint in half with a move to Antilooppi’s flexible workspace in Helsinki.
The Helsinki-based creative house, home to some 130 professionals in marketing, advertising, communications, design and analytics, traded traditional leased space for a smaller, more efficient setup at Antilooppi’s Hakaniemi property. SEK cited a need for agile working arrangements and the ability to scale without a long-term lease lock-in.
Antilooppi, owned by Ilmarinen and AMF Tjänstepension AB, focuses on sustainable office properties across the Helsinki region. “The company crafts inventive, customer-centric solutions that extend beyond standard leasing”. Its flexible workspace model integrates amenities tailored to tenants’ operations and the surrounding neighborhood.
“More efficient square footage has worked really well for us! Companies should be more daring to try this kind of concept, which can be done even in much smaller spaces,” said Jaakko Rantala, CEO of SEK.
