Commerzbank takes 9,000 sqm at The EDGE Friedrichspark Berlin Flex and Amenities Rich Campus

Commerzbank, Germany’s second-largest lender, has signed a long-term lease for approximately 9,000 sqm across four floors of Building C at EDGE Friedrichspark Berlin. The bank will occupy the ground, first, second and part of the third floor. Terms were not disclosed.

EDGE Friedrichspark Berlin is a three-building mixed-use campus combining office, coworking and social amenities. Users benefit from a 3,000 sqm landscaped courtyard, an 85 sqm rooftop terrace, a calisthenics sports park, on-site restaurants, a high-quality coffee bar and a shared conference centre, all linked by a spacious central atrium.

The site is part of EDGE’s network of sustainable, tech-driven workspaces, which spans over 800,000 sqm across more than 40 locations globally. The deal secures Commerzbank as anchor tenant at the campus located between Warschauer Straße, the Berghain club and Ostbahnhof.
