Coworking giant IWG teams up with ParkBee to offer IWG customers parking solutions across Europe

Global flexible workplace giant International Workplace Group (IWG) and Dutch parking solution provider ParkBee have launched a partnership to make IWG’s parking spaces available through ParkBee’s digital parking network. The parking access will be made available for the customers of 328 IWG locations across The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Italy.

ParkBee, founded in Amsterdam, manages a network of more than 1,600 off-street parking facilities (including multi-storey and underground car parks) across several European markets. The company operates a technology platform focused on off-street parking and connects underutilised parking facilities in office buildings, hotels, residential developments and other private properties with drivers searching for parking. The platform enables property owners to monetise unused capacity while helping reduce pressure on on-street parking.

For ParkBee, the agreement significantly expands the scale of its network within the office sector. For IWG, it provides an opportunity to generate additional income from existing building infrastructure while increasing the utilisation of parking assets that would otherwise remain vacant outside peak demand periods. The model enables parking spaces traditionally reserved for office users to be made available to external drivers, including local residents, visitors and nearby businesses, during periods when capacity is available.

The first 12 IWG parking locations in the Netherlands are already live on the ParkBee app, with additional sites set to be added across the four countries. The partnership represents one of the largest deployments of shared office parking infrastructure in the European flexible workspace sector.

IWG is the world’s largest flexible workspace operator, with a global network of more than 6,000 locations under brands including Regus, Spaces, HQ and Signature. The company serves businesses ranging from startups to multinational corporations.
