Investment Advisory Firm FKS Capital Partners Takes Flex Private Suite at MetSpace In London

FKS Capital Partners, an investment advisory firm, has taken a private suite at a MetSpace’s 1st Floor, in the Fitzrovia district, in central London.

The fully fitted managed office meets the firm’s need for a private, professional and client-facing environment. FKS Capital Partners was previously in a flexible workspace. The transaction was brokered by Flex-Re Spaces. It was completed within two weeks and below the asking monthly price, says the flex broker.

FKS Capital Partners approached Flex-Re Spaces while reassessing their workspace strategy. The firm, with fewer than ten staff, it seems, had outgrown its previous flexible office.

The Fitzrovia area was chosen for its brand alignment and connectivity for team and clients.
