Lifescience Consulting Firm Aurevia Finland Takes 200 m² Serviced Office at Technopolis Campus in Stockholm

Lifescience consulting firm Aurevia Finland is set to occupy 200 m² of serviced workspace at the Technopolis flex office campus operator’s new Five Star concept at its Kista campus in Stockholm. The life science consultancy plans to move in at the end of August, relocating 14 employees. The office, signed up for a 2 years duration, will serve as a workspace for consultants when not at client sites and as a hub for internal meetings.
“The space met our need for our own private office while also giving us access to shared areas and meeting rooms. Price and availability also played an important role.”, says Anna-Karin Alm, CEO of Aurevia, in a press release.
Technopolis’s “Five Star” concept is a new concept launched by the Finnish office campuses operator. It offers private offices from 100 to 200 m². In addition to their own space, customers get access to shared kitchens, lounges, meeting rooms, reception services, cleaning and coffee. Firms can furnish the space with their own furniture, choose from Technopolis’s selection or combine both. The concept differs from Technopolis’s existing HUB solution by offering larger private spaces and greater customization to business needs, says a press release. The operator says interest in the new offering has been strong even before launch.
“We have seen increasing demand for mid-sized offices that are ready for quick move-in. That’s why we developed this concept. Interest in the concept has been positive even ahead of the launch”, states Yusrizal Ibrahim, Key Account Manager at Technopolis Kista
