French Operator Work & Share Continues Southern Paris Expansion With New Workspace in Cachan

French flexible workspace operator Work & Share will open a new coworking location in Cachan, south of Paris, in the fourth quarter of 2026. The new workspace will occupy around 1,565 sqm within Arobase, a newly completed office building developed by Lazard Group Real Estate.

The flexible workspace will include private offices, coworking desks and managed office solutions. The site will also feature meeting rooms, collaborative spaces, phone booths and business lounges. Occupiers will have access to shared amenities including a business centre, restaurant, landscaped terraces, patios, bicycle facilities, parking, showers and changing rooms.

According to Work & Share, the southern Paris suburbs are becoming an increasingly attractive office market, supported by major transport links, new office developments and evolving employment hubs, creating demand for flexible workspace.

Founded in 2015, Work & Share operates 15 flexible workspace locations across the Paris metropolitan area. The company offers coworking, serviced offices, managed offices and meeting facilities for entrepreneurs, SMEs and larger corporate occupiers. The operator has increasingly focused on suburban office markets benefiting from the expansion of the Grand Paris transport network.

The Cachan opening marks Work & Share’s second project in southern Paris in 2026. Earlier this year, the company unveiled plans for an approximately 1,800 sqm workspace at BYOS in Villejuif, another location positioned alongside the expanding Grand Paris transport network.
