Polands’s Business Link Expands Warsaw Footprint With New 2,770 sqm Flexible Workspace

Business Link, the flexible workspace brand of real estate developer Skanska, opens a new location in Warsaw. The new workspace will complement the existing Business Link Studio location in the neighbouring office tower. Together, the two sites will offer more than 6,000 sqm of flexible workspace.
The new location is being developed in the 26-storey Studio A office tower, recently sold by Skanska to Stena Real Estate. Business Link will occupy 2,770 sqm across three floors. Two floors, on levels two and seven, will provide premium serviced offices designed primarily for corporate occupiers, while the first floor will serve as a multi-purpose meeting and collaboration hub, offering conference facilities, event space and workshop areas.
“The lease of space in the Studio A building by Business Link – the flex operator from the Skanska Group – is a continuation of our excellent cooperation within the complex. Flexible workspaces and a conference center are an important complement to existing amenities. Thanks to such solutions, the building becomes a more complete working environment, supporting the daily functioning of companies and their development,” said Paulina Strutyńska, Leasing and Asset Director at Skanska.
Business Link was founded in 2011 and is part of the Skanska Group. With the new location the operator manages eight flexible workspaces in major Polish cities, including Warsaw, Kraków, Wroclaw and Poznań. Its portfolio combines coworking, serviced offices, enterprise workspace solutions, meeting rooms and virtual office services, with a strong focus on larger corporate occupiers and hybrid workplace strategies.
Ewelina Kałużna, Managing Director of Business Link, is a regular speaker at the Coworking Europe Conference and is scheduled to participate again at this year’s event in Paris in November.
