Polish Fintech AvaFin Takes 1,200 sqm at Warsaw Trade Tower, Home to Extensive Amenities and Flex Services

AvaFin, a Polish fintech with over 400 staff across five markets, has leased a 1,200 square meters full floor at Warsaw Trade Tower. The move gives the group access to the building’s modern coworking lobby. Serviced offices are operated in the building by the Polish operator DAGO.
AvaFin was founded in 2012 and offers consumer loans to customers in Poland, Spain, Mexico, Czechia and Latvia. In 2024 it became a subsidiary of South Africa’s Capitec Bank.
Warsaw Trade Tower is owned by Globalworth, a Romania-based real estate investor focused on Central and Eastern Europe. The building-wide flexible workspace infrastructure includes high-speed internet, videoconferencing, 24/7 access, meeting rooms and shared kitchen areas.
Globalworth is the owner of the Polish Ace of Space coworking brand which operates locations across Poland.
