Airbnb Makes First Move Into Coworking With UK operators Oneder and Work.Life

UK coworking operators Oneder and Work.Life are among the first providers whose selected workspaces in London are being listed on Airbnb, allowing users to book coworking day passes and meeting rooms directly through the platform. The new feature on Airbnb is targeting guests who increasingly combine business travel, remote working and leisure stays.

The listings form part of Airbnb Services, a new product unveiled in 2025. This summer, the company expanded the offering by introducing flexible workspace bookings alongside new services such as car rentals, grocery delivery and airport pickups. The new workspace feature appears to be launching first in the UK as an early test, with only a limited number of coworking operators currently participating.

Oneder announced in a Linkedin post that it has partnered with Airbnb to offer day passes and meeting rooms across its London buildings to Airbnb’s nearly 300 million users. Oneder was founded in 2023 by David Kaiser, former Head of Real Estate at WeWork, and Dan Cohen, who previously founded flexible workspace operator Purpose Group. Oneder operates three locations in London.

Similarly, Work.Life confirmed on Linkedin that its St Cross Street, Borough and Holborn locations are now available through Airbnb Services: “It’s an exciting new way for more travellers, remote workers and digital nomads to discover our spaces and experience the community and energy that make us different.”

Founded in 2015, Work.Life operates 11 locations in the UK, mainly in London and Manchester.

At this stage, the rollout appears limited, suggesting Airbnb is testing demand and operational processes before any wider international expansion. Whether additional coworking operators or new markets will be added remains to be seen.
