Mindspace Launches Managed Suites Product for Larger Occupiers at New San Francisco Location

International flexible workspace operator Mindspace is introducing its first Managed by Mindspace Suites, extending its offer beyond coworking memberships and private offices to larger occupiers requiring dedicated workspace.

The new product will launch in San Francisco, where Mindspace has signed a lease for approximately 5,016 sqm across five floors. Managed offices will be available as custom-designed, fully serviced, scalable workspaces, with full-floor options also available. The location is expected to open in the second quarter of 2027.

The opening also marks the 50th location added to Mindspace’s global portfolio.

Mark Goldfinger, Managing Director of Mindspace North America said: “This isn’t just a new location. It’s a statement about where the flex office market is heading — and where Mindspace is going with it. Companies aren’t settling for less anymore. They want a real address, a real environment, and a real experience. That’s exactly what we’re building here.”

The San Francisco project will be Mindspace’s largest US location and will nearly triple its footprint in the city. Its local portfolio will increase from approximately 3,345 sqm to more than 8,360 sqm across two locations.

The building will provide food and beverage facilities in the lobby, a planned wellness centre on the top floor and a rooftop terrace. These shared amenities will support both smaller flexible workspace customers and companies occupying the larger managed suites.

The new location also illustrates Mindspace’s preference for prime office assets with extensive building amenities. The operator is following a similar approach in Europe, where it is preparing approximately 14,500 sqm of new workspace in Warsaw and Israel.

Founded in 2014, Mindspace operates 50 locations across more than 20 cities in Israel, the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Romania, Poland and the United States. The operator serves customers ranging from individual members and smaller companies to multinational corporate occupiers.

Mindspace was also a co-organiser of the Coworking Europe 2025 conference in Berlin, and Brand partner of the 2026 edition in Paris.
