Spanish coworking operator OneCoWork Integrates OneNext Managed Office Business Into Its Portfolio

Spanish flexible workspace operator OneCoWork has integrated the managed office business, OneNext, into the it’s brand, bringing coworking, private offices and managed office solutions together under a single offering.

The change means companies can now access workspace design, fit-out and day-to-day operations through one contract and a single point of contact. OneCoWork says the integrated model is designed to simplify the process for occupiers looking for bespoke office solutions.

OneNext was launched in 2025 by Agartha Group, OneCoWork’s parent company, as a dedicated managed office brand serving larger corporate occupiers with turnkey workspace solutions. Rather than operating as a separate brand, its services have now been incorporated into the OneCoWork portfolio.

The integrated offering covers the entire workplace lifecycle, from workplace strategy and office design to fit-out, technology, facilities management and ongoing operations. Companies can scale from coworking memberships and private offices to fully managed headquarters without changing providers.

According to OneCoWork, companies are increasingly looking for operational simplicity alongside flexibility. Instead of coordinating designers, contractors, technology providers and workplace operators separately, occupiers can work with a single partner from the initial concept through to the daily management of the office.

Founded in 2016, OneCoWork currently operates four locations in Barcelona, two in Madrid and one in Preston in the United Kingdom. Later this year, OneCoWork is also set to expand to Málaga with a new workspace overlooking the Mediterranean, marking its first workspace in the city.
