Global Payment Group Mastercard takes full floor at Puzl Coworking in Sofia

The global payment group Mastercard has taken a full floor at Puzl Coworking’s Sofia centre. The global payments technology provider cited cost predictability and flexibility as key drivers.
The number of desks is not disclosed.
“Moving from a conventional office to a shared workspace is not a decision taken lightly at our scale, but it made sense on every level – cost predictability, flexibility as our team’s needs change, and the ability to focus entirely on our people and work instead of managing an office. Occupying an entire floor gave us the personal space and structure we needed, and being part of the Puzl community proved to be one of the most valuable parts of the move”, says Vanya Manova, General Manager of Mastercard for Bulgaria.
Cushman & Wakefield acted as intermediary in the transaction.
Puzl Coworking launched in 2015 in Sofia and now operates locations across Bulgaria and Hungary, with expansion planned in Romania. The network offers coworking desks, private offices and meeting rooms under flexible contracts and a full amenities package.
“Despite occupying an entire floor, the Mastercard team quickly became one of the most active parts of the Puzl community. The move was marked by a community breakfast that brought together all members in the building. The Mastercard team continues to participate in events and daily interactions across the location, giving the company the same access to the broader professional community that comes with every Puzl membership, regardless of team size”, comments the Coworking operator.
