Polish Flexible Workspace Operator OmniOffice Expands Into Romania With First International Location

Polish flexible workspace operator OmniOffice has entered the Romanian market with the opening of its first location outside Poland, establishing a new flexible workspace centre in Bucharest. The move marks the company’s first international expansion and forms part of a broader strategy to grow its network across Central and Eastern Europe.

The Bucharest location occupies space within Victoria Center, a Class A office building at Calea Victoriei, one of the Romanian capital’s principal business addresses. The site combines access to Bucharest’s historic centre with one of its most active business districts.

According to OmniOffice Chief Executive Officer Piotr Woźny, Bucharest was selected because of its growth potential and the opportunity to offer businesses a prestigious central address combined with flexible workplace services.

The Romanian expansion is being developed in partnership with the property firm Solida Capital, owner of the Victoria Center building.

For OmniOffice, the Bucharest opening represents the first step beyond its domestic market and provides a platform for serving both Romanian companies and international businesses seeking flexible workspace in Southeast Europe. The company has since joined the Polish-Romanian Bilateral Chamber of Commerce and Industry, reflecting its intention to strengthen its presence in the local business community following its market entry.

Founded in Poland, OmniOffice has built its network around premium office locations in Warsaw, where it operates five flex workspace locations, plus one in Krakow. The company’s business model combines flexible office products with business support services, targeting companies looking for turnkey workspace solutions and administrative support alongside physical office space. Before entering Romania, its operations were concentrated entirely in the Polish market.

The expansion comes as Bucharest continues to attract flexible workspace operators amid steady demand for high-quality office space. New Class A office developments and the increasing adoption of hybrid working models have encouraged operators to establish serviced office centres in central business districts, particularly in landmark buildings capable of accommodating premium workplace concepts.
