Austrian Coworking Operator andys.cc Opens 10th Location in Vienna and Expands Into Graz

Austrian flexible workspace operator andys.cc is adding two new locations to its portfolio, opening its 10th workspace in Vienna and entering the Graz market for the first time.

The new andys.cc Vienna location will occupy 605 sqm in the VIO Plaza mixed-use development (combines offices, retail and restaurants, residential apartments, a hotel and a fitness centre within the same development). The flexible workspace will provide 48 workstations in private offices, alongside coworking areas, meeting rooms and a larger community and networking area.

In September 2026, andys.cc will open it’s first location in Graz, adding 655 sqm of flexible workspace with 47 workstations in private offices.

Both locations will offer corporate packages and additional services that can be adapted to occupier requirements. andys.cc operates its workspaces through a connected digital system providing contactless access and 24/7 use, alongside services including cleaning, drinks, snacks and on-site support.

The two openings follow another addition to the andys.cc network earlier this year. In February, the operator took over the management of FlexUnits at the TwentyOne mixed-use development in Vienna, a flexible workspace with 155 workstations that had previously been operated directly by the project’s developer.

andys.cc now has 13 locations in four Austrian cities (Vienna, Graz, Bad-Ischl and Amstetten).

The operator entered Amstetten and Bad Ischl in 2024 through a cooperation with Austrian Federal Railways (ÖBB), operating coworking spaces in railway station properties. The partnership was originally launched as a pilot to introduce new uses into vacant station premises and provide flexible workspace outside Austria’s largest urban centres.
