British IT Consultancy Firm CreateFuture Opens Sofia Office at WorkHub Coworking

The British IT consultancy group CreateFuture has opened its new Sofia office at WorkHub’s OXIA flex workspace. The light-filled facility sits opposite Sofia Tech Park and offers meeting rooms, event space and easy transit links.

The British digital consultancy has a 500-strong team of software engineers, strategists and designers across the UK. As it scaled, CreateFuture said a physical base became essential for real collaboration, proper onboarding, social events and in-person client workshops. Its Bulgarian staff championed the move.

“For our Bulgarian team, this is recognition of the brilliant work they’ve already delivered, and a proper base to connect, build our culture, and grow their careers. For CreateFuture, it matters just as much: support for our continued growth, and proof of our commitment to Bulgaria as a long-term innovation hub”, CreateFuture said in a LinkedIn post.

The transaction was managed by CBRE South Eastern Europe.

WorkHub operates five flexible workspace locations in Sofia. It is the operational arm of real estate investor Bernard Investment.
