Event Producer Insight Events Sweden Moves to United Spaces Coworking in Stockholm

Insight Events Sweden, the event organiser, has relocated its Stockholm team from Kungsholmen to United Spaces‘ coworking office hotel at Hötorget. The move is part of its hybrid working policy, using the office for meetings and home for focused work.

Founded in 1994 as Informa IBC Sweden, Insight Events offers conferences, courses and trainings to decision makers in the private and public sectors. It attracts thousands of attendees annually. Among its events, the Data Center Conference.

The company has a staff of a few dozens people.

“Love the new OFFICE and to get started again after the summer vacation! Suits us well with our hybrid model, having the office as a meeting place and working from home when more concentrated work is required.” said Insight Events Sweden in a LinkedIn post.

United Spaces is the second biggest flex workspace operator in Sweden. The group operates a network of 20 coworking spaces across Sweden. It offers flexible contracts, fully equipped workspaces and meeting rooms. Specific terms of the Stockholm move were not disclosed.
