French Eye Care Centers Network Point Vision Takes 80 Desks at Spaces La Défense in Paris

The Point Vision group has taken 80 desks at Spaces La Défense in Paris under a flexible contract. The French eye care network will occupy the workstations after its sublease expired.

The deal was brokered by FlashOffice.

Three years ago FlashOffice first introduced Point Vision to potential sites, explains a LinkedIn post. At that time visits failed to yield a deal. When a sublease was due to expire earlier this year, Point Vision returned to FlashOffice with a brief nearly identical to its original requirements. FlashOffice focused on western Paris and the La Défense business district and secured a space within days.

Spaces, the coworking and flexible office brand of IWG, operates over 500 locations in more than 120 countries, including multiple sites in Paris. Its La Défense centre offers private offices, coworking desks and meeting rooms with on-site services and amenities.
