White Label Coworking Operator InfinitSpace Partners with Bayerische Hausbau Real Estate And Opens First Munich Site
White label flexible workspace operator InfinitSpace has entered a strategic partnership with German property firm Bayerische Hausbau Real Estate (BHRE) to jointly develop flexible workspaces, with their first joint location due to open in Munich in October 2026. The site will be InfinitSpace’s first in Munich, its third in Germany and its thirteenth worldwide. Details of the Munich site, including its size, capacity and address, have not been disclosed.
The partnership pairs InfinitSpace’s operating model and technology platform with BHRE’s property portfolio. InfinitSpace designs, builds and runs the workspace on the landlord’s building, using its proprietary app to handle the user experience from enquiry through daily use.
Marcel Wnendt, chief executive and chief financial officer of BHRE, said: “we need forward-looking concepts that respond to the changing expectations of companies and people when it comes to modern working environments.”
Wybo Wijnbergen, chief executive and co-founder of InfinitSpace, said the partnership reflects the company’s approach of developing its portfolio through sustainable, user-centric concepts.
InfinitSpace has also been selected as workspace operating partner for The Stack, a new Amsterdam hub for artificial-intelligence founders opening in September 2026. There, its white-label role covers the technology, commercial operations, member experience and day-to-day management, while the founding team focuses on brand and community. The Stack occupies around 4,500 sqm, with plans to expand to 12,000 sqm by 2029.
Founded in 2022, InfinitSpace develops, manages and operates flexible workspaces on behalf of property owners, offering both white-label solutions and its own brand, Beyond. The model lets landlords convert buildings into flexible space while retaining ownership.
Bayerische Hausbau Real Estate is part of the Munich-based Bayerische Hausbau group, one of Germany’s larger property developers and managers.
