British Coworking Operator FigFlex Opens Second Suburban London Site, Reaching 10 Locations Across the UK

British flexible workspace operator FigFlex Offices has opened its second site in Watford, near London, adding nearly 500 desks of flexible office space. Watford becomes the first location in the FigFlex network with two sites, and the opening takes the operator to 10 locations across eight UK cities. FigFlex says it has tripled in size over the past three years.
The refurbished building sits in Watford’s commercial district, less than five minutes’ walk from the train station and under 20 minutes by train from major central London station, Euston. It offers private offices for start-ups, SMEs and corporate occupiers, alongside coworking, dedicated desks and bookable meeting rooms, supported by a business lounge, breakout areas, on-site management, 24/7 access, car parking and bicycle storage. The building includes an on-site café and fitness suite.
The operator links the expansion to sustained demand from businesses seeking to cut London overheads while keeping strong connectivity and quality.
“Watford is continuing to establish itself as a compelling alternative to London, and the level of interest at the new address reflects that,” said Tim Knowles, founder and managing director of FI Property Group, the mother company of FigFlex. He said the operator had seen strong demand both from businesses already based in Watford and from companies looking to relocate from London.
Founded in 2017, FigFlex has grown its network to sites in London, Swindon, Southampton, Hull, Coventry, Gloucester, Peterborough and Watford.
FigFlex is part of real estate company FI Property Group, who manage over 1,4 million sqm of commercial space across the UK, supported by seven specialist subsidiaries and in-house design and construction teams.
