Danish Construction Software Provider Dalux Moves Swiss Team To Westhive in Geneva

The Danish Construction Software developer Dalux has relocated its Geneva team into the Westhive coworking space at Pont-Rouge.

The Copenhagen-headquartered software specialist develops modules for every stage of a building’s lifecycle, from design and construction through to operation and maintenance. It employs over 900 staff worldwide. In Switzerland, Dalux has 30 employees, including six in Geneva.

Westhive, a managed workspace operator with eight locations across Switzerland, offers flexible contracts, private offices and coworking desks. The network caters to startups, SMEs and corporate teams seeking high-quality, fully serviced environments.

Dalux said the move aligns with its proximity-driven approach. Many of its clients are based in the Geneva region. The team required a flexible space that could scale with its rapid growth.

“We chose to set up at Westhive to support our growth in the Geneva region. Many of our current clients are based in the area, and at Dalux, proximity is one of our core values. So setting up in Geneva just made sense. With a team growing fast, we were also looking for a flexible, high-quality space. Westhive quickly stood out as a natural fit: a warm atmosphere, a great team, and an environment that really matches the way we work.” says Dalux in a LinkedIn post.

Dalux: Founded in 2005 by brothers Bent and Torben Dalgaard and still led by its founders, Dalux is headquartered in Copenhagen. The group develops user-friendly construction software powered by a BIM visualization engine. It supports projects of every scale, from hospitals and schools to high-rises and public infrastructure, serving contractors and owners in over 150 countries and employing more than 900 people.
