Workinton Qatar Rebrands as Nestwork, Launches New Phase as Independent Local Coworking Brand

Workinton Qatar has officially rebranded as Nestwork, marking, it seems, the end of its partnership with the Turkish coworking company Workinton and the beginning of a new, locally anchored phase under full ownership and management by Qatar’s Alfardan Group.

Originally launched in 2018 through a collaboration between the Real Estate company Alfardan Properties and Turkey-based Workinton, the coworking brand initially aimed to introduce Qatar’s business community to high-quality flexible workspace solutions. The launch was part of Alfardan’s broader strategy to expand its service offering and engage with Qatar’s growing community of entrepreneurs and startups. The Turkish partner brought operational expertise from its experience managing 19 coworking centers, while Alfardan provided the local infrastructure and properties.

Now operating as Nestwork, the brand has evolved into a fully Qatar-based coworking concept. It manages four sites across Doha. These locations offer private offices, shared workspaces, meeting rooms, event spaces, and a multimedia studio. Nestwork currently serves over 500 members, ranging from entrepreneurs to corporates.

Nestwork is developed and managed by Alfardan Properties, a subsidiary of Alfardan Group, which is one of Qatar’s largest private conglomerates with holdings across real estate, hospitality, and other sectors.

Alfardan Properties was founded in 1993 and today manages a broad portfolio of mixed-use developments in Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Türkiye.

Mohamed Sleiman, CEO of Alfardan Properties and Alfardan Hospitality, said the rebrand reflects a deeper integration into the local market. Zohour Omar Alfardan, General Manager of Wellness and Lifestyle at Alfardan Hospitality, added that Nestwork is positioned to support both current and future generations of entrepreneurs.
