Coworking Europe 2020 – Virtual Conference Pass

Coworking Europe 2020 will be a HYBRID event.

On top of the event happening physically in Vienna, we are building a virtual layer for all attendees.

Pure virtual attendees that can’t make it this year to Vienna or prefer to join us from the comfort of their homes or (hopefully) coworking space, will get access to our online conference platform. The platform creates an engaging virtual event where you’ll be able to join all our sessions live, connect and engage with peers from all around the globe.

Virtual and physical delegates will be logged in together on the same platform, making the experience as seamless as possible for every participant.

 

The virtual venue

The conference platform is designed to replicate the experience of a regular physical venue. The virtual venue offers multiple interactive areas for connecting and engaging: roomschat areaschat-channels for specific topics or session, exhibition floor, etc. As an attendee, you’ll be able to move in and out of rooms just like our on-site delegates and enjoy the content and connections the conference offers. The navigation around the virtual venue will surely be as close as the physical experience.

 

Keynotes & Panels live streamed

We will broadcast all our content for you on live video. You will be able to get in and out sessions every time you want, switch between simultaneous sessions and choose the content that suits you the most. You can watch sessions from your computer, smartphone or tablet and participate in live polls and live Q&A during panels, talks and workshops. Sessions will also be recorded for you to watch or rewatch during 6 months.

 

Networking Areas

Networking areas will let you network just like you would at our in-person conference. You’ll be able to participate in discussion channels, contact any delegate directly and initiate 1:1 online video chats.

 

Breakout sessions live participation

You’ll be able to join online sessions and workshops where you’ll be able to share you gather around a virtual roundtables and share your ideas, collaborate & discuss. Make your voice heard before or after the sessions. All speakers and panelists will keep being reachable through the platform.

 

Unconference 2020

Our well-known unconference sessions, with peer to peer conversations and content, will be held online and offline in this 2020 edition. There will be several parallel unconference sessions at different times during day 2 (Thursday, November 26th). Like every year there will be dozens of different coworking and flex workspace topics, proposed by “you”, to discuss and share knowledge about. This year we are considering to facilitate sessions hold per country and/or language to allow for local deep dives, if there is enough interest.

 

Exhibition Area

What are the biggest challenges you are facing in your space at the moment? Are you overwhelmed with manual administration processes? Providing a stable and easy print-service which you can charge for to your community seems impossible? You are looking for a way to flexibilize access to our space and sell meeting rooms outside of office hours? You want to make your space stick out of the crowd and need a designer? A flex office consultancy? At the Exhibition Area you’ll be able to find virtual booths where you can get in touch with each company using dedicated chatrooms or video calls.
