Adeline Attia leads UBTrends, a research and innovation firm specializing in city lifestyles and work environments. She has been a specialist in monitoring societal and consumer trends for 20 years.
Since 2011, she decided to apply her “smart & sensitive city” experience and marketing research skills to urban development business and workplace strategy.
Her main clients are: Orange, LVMH, Altarea Cogedim, CBRE, JLL, Eiffage, Constructa, City of Marseille, Grenoble Alpes Métropole and other local authorities.
In parallel, Adeline runs the UrbanTrends Club (150 members), which organizes conferences-workshops to decompartmentalize expertise and bring new perspectives on urban practices and issues.
In January 2018, she founded Bonnie&Smile, an inclusive workplace, integrating the diversity of uses and people at work, “because in the professional jungle, only the most sociable survive”.
