Anika leads Customer Success for the coworking vertical at Uniti AI, the leading AI sales platform for flex workspace operators. She works with operators across the UK, Europe and the US to help them automate lead management, boost conversion rates and deliver faster, more consistent sales experiences through multi-channel AI agents.
Before joining Uniti, Anika spent several years working within London’s flex space industry – with operators such as WeWork and Work.Life and brokerage Hubble – giving her firsthand experience of the challenges operators face in driving occupancy, managing leads and scaling sustainably.
