In her role at Cushman & Wakefield, Anita advises landlord and investor clients across the UK and Europe on the viability and implementation of flexible workspace solutions that align with their strategic goals and business objectives.
Over a decade ago, she began her journey in the sector as a researcher, conducting one of the earliest PhD studies on coworking spaces. Her doctoral work at Cardiff Metropolitan University focused on coworking, innovation, and entrepreneurship — providing a strong foundation for her transition into advisory and consulting roles.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, she worked internationally in both innovation and business development consulting, and, as a freelance consultant, co-created sustainable, tailored coworking solutions for a wide range of organizations and individuals — combining deep research insight with practical, market-driven thinking.
