With over 18 years of experience in the hospitality and real estate industries, Khrystyna has mastered the art of turning square meters into high-value experiences.
Christine’s journey has taken her from frontline operations to C-level leadership, consistently focusing on one goal: redefining how people experience spaces that deliver real value to all stakeholders: customers, teams, and shareholders.
Christine has been leading Kooperativ since 2021. Today, as CEO at Kooperativ, she is building the first Ukrainian network of mixed-use environments — the Super Destination Places. She is responsible for developing new business directions, partnerships, and strategic initiatives. Her key focus areas include creating environments for entrepreneurship, professional communities, and new formats of business collaboration.
