Giles arrived in Sofia, Bulgaria in 2002 and soon realised that there were no serviced offices in the city. In 2004, with a great team behind him and together with The Executive Centre based in Hong Kong, he opened the Bulgaria’s first premium serviced office business, attracting blue chip international corporations as a launch pad for their investments in the country.
The business was rebranded as Sterling in 2008 and Sterling Istanbul opened. This Way coworking brand was created in 2019 which now two centres in Sofia.
Both brands have been developed to meet the needs of a diverse range international clients who appreciate the highest quality of the workspace environment, flexibility, services for their business and robust and secure technology.
Prior to arriving in Sofia, Giles spent many years in design and brand consultancy in London and Hong Kong.
