After a successful international career in biotechnology and innovation leadership at BASF, he co-founded the company with the vision of making professional workspaces accessible closer to people’s homes.
Today, Gregory calls himself Chief Empowerment Officer and is part of the holacratic companys leadership team, where he takes accountability for fundraising, investor relations, organizational development and operational excellence including expansion. He is passionate about creating sustainable alternatives to empty offices and daily commuting by helping organizations to implement flexible work models that benefit employees, employers and society alike.
Through 1000 Satellites, he is contributing to a new geography of work: connected, regional and people-centered.
