Hannah Philp is Co-Founder of ARC Club, a neighbourhood workplace operator for the Living Sector.
ARC activates the ground floor of large residential developments to drive rental yield, asset value and maximise the social impact of real estate. After a 10 year career in the City of London, Hannah now is also a Director of two publicly listed investment companies, with assets managed by JPMorgan and Janus Henderson.
Alongside her corporate career, Hannah set up the East London Fawcett group and has raised money for place-based charities, including the safe house, Ella’s. Hannah leads on product and proposition at ARC Club and is passionate about building more functional and welcoming amenities in our neighbourhoods.
