Jacek Bednorz is the Head of Leasing & Customer Care at Business Link (one of Poland’s flex providers, with a long history on the market), where he leads nationwide sales and customer service operations across Poland. He has played a key role in doubling the company’s network of locations and driving process standardisation, automation, and digitalisation in customer experience.
Passionate about leadership and talent development, he also serves as a mentor in theTop Women in Real Estate program and the Conlea Mentoring for Emerging IT Managers.
