The 56-year-old is responsible for business expansion in the German market. The company is currently running around 50 offices in 15 cities. Gripp, who holds a doctorate in economics, was previously General Manager at KFC Germany/Netherlands, COO at Vapiano, Managing Director at Maredo and began his career at McKinsey & Co.
