Jonny Rosenblatt is the co-founder of Spacemade, the first-of-its-kind operational platform that empowers building owners to deliver their own, individually crafted, flexible workspace products directly to customers. Spacemade works with building owners to individually design new flexible workspaces, each with their own dedicated brand, all operated by Spacemade’s infrastructure and within it’s network.
Since its launch in December 2019, Spacemade has been the UK’s fastest growing operator. It has expanded to 13 locations across London, Birmingham, and Leeds, managing over 22.000 m2 of flexible workspace, whilst also maintaining the highest possible standards, as demonstrated by their BCorp accreditation.
With over a decade of experience in the flexible workspace industry, Jonny has been at the forefront of the shift towards flexibility, hospitality and community creation in the office market, having founded and launched Headspace Group in 2012. For the next five years, he grew the product and brand into an industry recognised market leader before successfully exiting in 2017 following a trade sale. Jonny recognised that the established flexible operator leasehold model was only the very beginning of the movement towards landlords providing agile space, services and solutions.
