Josh Fine, Executive Vice President and General Counsel of the Focus Group of Companies (Denver)

Josh Fine is Executive Vice President and General Counsel of the Focus Group of Companies, which includes Focus Property Group, Enterprise Coworking and Greenbox Self Storage. Focus Property Group (FPG) is a real estate acquisition, development and management firm with a portfolio of 35 properties including hotel, office, retail, and industrial. Enterprise Coworking is a state-of-the-art coworking brand with two locations providing 85,000 square feet (8,000 square meters) of space and additional locations under development. Greenbox Self Storage operates 500,000 square feet (46,000 square meters) of self storage in four solar-powered and sustainably operated facilities. Josh oversees FPG’s real estate portfolio, directs the acquisition and development of new projects, and directs the operation of the coworking and self storage businesses.

Josh has more than 20 years of experience in development management and real estate law and finance. He received his undergraduate and law degrees from Harvard University and a master’s degree in real estate from the University of Denver. He is active in numerous boards and commissions in Denver. Among other appointments, Denver’s mayor appointed Josh to serve on the Downtown Denver Business Improvement District Board where he completed a six-year term and served as president. Josh splits his time living in Denver, Colorado, USA and Tel Aviv, Israel. An avid distance runner, he has run seven marathons in Europe and North America. He is the proud dad of three children.
