Kat leads business development at CIC Berlin, one of the world’s largest innovation campuses. In addition to driving workspace sales across CIC’s 14,000 m² Berlin site, she develops event-led strategies to build vertical hubs around AI, Mobility, and impact entrepreneurship.
With 10+ years of experience leading international teams at SaaS and global marketing agencies, Kat advised clients including ASOS, Farfetch, and Macy’s before moving into innovation real estate. At CIC she leverages that background to turn events and community into engines for both occupancy and ecosystem growth — from hosting Berlin’s AI hub with policymakers to activating weekly Venture Café gatherings that draw hundreds of innovators.
She believes the future of coworking lies not in space alone, but in curating platforms where communities connect, collaborate, and scale.
