Katerina Camerino is Head of Coworking at Clubco in Ostrava, Czech Republic, with over 15 years of experience in the coworking and flexible workspace sector. Before joining Clubco, she spent more than a decade with Regus, working in Prague, Brno and Ostrava and gaining experience across three different regions of the Czech Republic, each with its own business and community ecosystem.
At Clubco, she focuses on community building, customer experience / my very top priority / and creating meaningful connections between people, businesses, and the wider regional ecosystem. She is actively involved in developing communities, organizing events, and networking opportunities.
For her, coworking is about much more than providing a desk or a workspace. I believe in building genuine, personal relationships with members and creating a community where people feel seen, remembered, and connected. Not simply like customers renting a desk.
She enjoys bringing people together, creating opportunities for meaningful connections and helping build an environment where both individuals and businesses can grow.
