As a Director, Operator Solutions EMEA, Katri is in charge of European operator partnerships at The Instant Group, world’s largest marketplace for flex space. Curious about cultures and people, she truly enjoys the opportunity to work with operators across the region and help them to grow their revenue.
Katri is a flex space industry veteran, having started her career at Regus in 2000 in San Francisco and subsequently working in flex space brokerage, advisory and account management. She joined Instant in 2016 in key accounts team and has advised numerous occupiers to optimize their global flex space portfolios, resulting in streamlined processes, cost savings and improved employee experience.
Katri joined Instant’s partnerships team in 2022 to leverage her reputation as a trusted partner to the operators with the main goal of helping them grow their revenue. Currently based in her native Finland, she has spent 14 years living and working in North America and speaks four languages.
Passionate about life-long learning and continuous improvement, she completed Master’s degree in Service and Business Design in June 2025.
