With over 15 years of experience in asset and property management for commercial real estate, Krasimir has successfully overseen more than 25 projects, totaling over 1.5 million square meters of built-up area. His diverse background includes management roles at Cushman & Wakefield Forton, AG Capital, and Realto Group, where he gained extensive expertise in leasing, real estate finance, product management, proptech solutions, investment sales, and transaction management.
As one of the key initiators behind the inception of MyFlex, Krasimir now leads its overall management, focusing on strategic and business development. He is passionate about the future of workspace-as-a-service, believing it is still in its early stages. He sees the industry as dynamic and full of opportunity for all stakeholders. With the right combination of vision, talent, skill, and capital, he believes it will continue to thrive in the long term.
MyFlex currently manages 9,000 m2 of premium office space across two locations in Sofia, catering primarily to corporate clients.
